Mission Hill Winery

One of the most breath taking experiences is the vistas at Mission Hill winery.

Overlooking the Okanagan Lake Valley, Kelowna, BC, Canada, visiting Mission Hill winery is a tour worth taking.

One of their most unique offerings is the Visitor's room where the effects of the Valley's different soil types on the grapes produced, and there effect on the wines, are explained.

The Winery also has a Summer Concert events (check their web page for current events) .

Wine Tour Kelowna, Summerhill Pyramid Winery, 2016

Summerhill Pyramid 

Our first winery of 2016, Summerhill Pyramid, was a defiantly an enjoyable experience.

Overlooking the Okanagan Lake, Kelowna, BC, from the east side, we enjoy another experience in this great location.

An additional treat was the Robert Bateman Chieftain Gallery, at the Summerhill Wine Store.

I had been to several North American St. Paddy's day festivities, but nothing compares to Dublin.

Traveling to Dublin on British Airways is an experience and a stay at Powerscourt is worth every Euro :) 

Waterton Lakes Nation Park Wild Life

Deer and Bighorn Sheep

One of the best places vist in Alberta, Canada, is Waterton Lakes National Park, in the South West, on the US boarder.

It is an easy couple of hours drive south of Calgary.

Along with quite stunning views, and relaxing community, there is abundant wildlife.

Every summer we visit Waterton Lakes and enjoy the Deer and Bighorn sheep.
